About the PEW-i Diagnostic™
Do you know how your workforce is really doing? Often, in the busyness of business, we find organizations think their workforces are struggling with “X” (or doing great) when, really, there are key challenges that need to be addressed. These opportunities are often missed in traditional Engagement and Pulse Surveys and are generally issues that your people may not speak to directly; however, when tended to, they can free up a tremendous amount of workforce energy and improve collaboration and culture quickly.
The Positive Energy Workplace Initiative® Diagnostic (PEW-iD) measures your team’s energetic and cultural health, assesses areas for growth, and guides strategic planning for next steps (that you can do on your own or with ACI) in repairing or optimizing performance. It is a 55-point online anonymous assessment processed through our Data Team and then debriefed with your Executive Team.
Completed by a leadership team, department, or company, the diagnostic gauges how employees and leaders feel about themselves, their team, and their organization. It identifies areas of strength and opportunity and prioritizes areas to be addressed via skills and energetic accountability. It also measures your group’s placement on the PEW-i Maturity Model to identify the current level of alignment to become a Certified Positive Energy Workplace.
In shifting culture and optimizing team health, we’ve found that 70% of the “battle” is in awareness, while the other 30% is in what you do with it. Our diagnostic offerings help create awareness and provide recommendations for the next steps.

With the PEW-i Team Diagnostic + KickStarter package, you can quickly identify the level of your team’s cultural health and receive recommendations for next steps that you can take on your own or with ACI. - 90-minute Live IEP Session with ACI to kickstart your group, activate the energy of your workforce with basic IEP Method® training, and anonymously collect data in real-time.
- Internally Driven Programming Recommendations with ACI. ACI may also provide a report with aligned recommendations if you would like to address opportunities using your internal talent and resources.
- Program Seats for the PEW-i Community Platform to provide your group with immediate access to training and resources to support energetic accountability and showing up more effectively. PEW-i Team Diagnostic + KickStarter™
- Access to ACI’s 55-point PEW-iD quick assessment to distribute to your team (up to 100). Larger group distribution packages are available*.
- A communications toolkit to support your internal communications and distribution of the PEW-iD.
- Executive Debrief to share findings, themes, and strategic insights from the ACI Team on areas of strength and opportunities for growth. ACI will also provide recommendations for next steps internally and externally.
CHISEL: Your Path Forward
The Cultural Health, Innovation, and Strategy Executive Lab (CHISEL) is a custom-designed experience for your executive leadership team. The CHISEL generally includes the PEW-iD assessment for your team (and workforce add-on optional), a custom facilitated session to address the findings of the assessment with our founder, Anese Cavanaugh, core IEP Method® training, and agreements to support your best work and relationships together. With CHISEL, you’ll cut away the day-to-day noise to clarify what the energy of your culture is, why it’s important to you and your team, and how to shift it as needed as well as build internal resilience for impact, and co-create next steps for what will serve you and your organization best.

Cultural Health Innovation & Strategy Executive Lab (CHISEL)
- Kickoff Meeting to review plan, intentions, next steps, and agreements. (1 hour virtual)
- Distribution of PEW-iD for Executives, with options to gather extended data for executive teams and departments as well.
- Communication Toolkit for leaders to use while distributing the assessment (as applicable) which helps explain the commitment to culture, the intentions of the assessment, and a request to complete it honestly.
- Executive Debrief of overall findings to align on Strategy Lab Session agenda & outcomes. (1 hour virtual)
- Custom Designed Strategy Lab Session, with various components available including deeper review of data and findings, executive exploration, education in the IEP Method, defining culture and intentions, creating a strategy for leadership health, co-creating agreements, and plans for next steps. (May be anywhere from 6 hours to 2 days virtual or in person)
- Follow up Booster Session 1-3 weeks after Strategy Lab Session to ensure integration and proper set up of plan and to create plan for communication back to those who took the PEW-i.
- (Optional Add-On) Ongoing Follow-up Sessions for the Executive Team and All-Access Membership on the PEW-i Community Platform for continued ACI training and resources to support integration. Options available for private company-branded space on the platform.

- PEW-iD results and objective evaluation of what is happening in your organization with your executive team (and workforce if desired), including strengths and opportunities.
- Effective and data-driven programming to create sustainable change, perfect for leadership team off-sites/retreats.
