For Organizations:
Become a Certified Positive Energy Workplace
In the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative, your company can begin the journey towards certification as a Certified Positive Energy Workplace.
Organizations with this certification have completed ACI’s proprietary IEP Method program requirements to create a cultural impact in the company.
Once your organization earns this elevated designation, you’ll receive a verifiable credential badge to add to your company website, professional social platforms, and recruitment tools.
Positive Energy Workplace Certification Requirements
- Company and leadership commitment to practice and champion the IEP Methodology within the organization/department
- Leadership and workforce alignment with the 7 Indicators of a Positive Energy Workplace
- At least 40% leadership participation in completion of the IEP programming and fieldwork
- An increase in performance scores with the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative diagnostic assessment (PEW-iD)
- Additional requirements may be required pending organizational programming and time commitment

Prove Your IEP Method Skills as a Certified Positive Energy Leader
As a member of the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative, your employees may earn different levels of digital credential as a Certified IEP Method Positive Energy Leader based on engagement in the IEP Method® programming.
Based on the level of certification you are pursuing, when you earn your credential as a Positive Energy Leader, it proves that you have mastered foundational and advanced IEP Method skills and can use foundational tools to support your awareness and practice of Intentional Energetic Presence®.
IEP Method Positive Energy Leader Certification Requirements Include:
- Completion of experiential and live trainings in the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative
- Completion of IEP Method Self-Study courses
- Proficiency in the foundations of the IEP Method
- Additional requirements based on higher levels of certification, and include receiving coaching, completing fieldwork, and demonstrating IEP Method proficiency
A Pathway for IEP Method Mastery
You can level-up your IEP Method practice through several certification pathways depending on your level of engagement and organizational sponsorship. Current credential levels include:
- Certified IEP Method® Positive Energy Leader: Level 1
- Certified IEP Method® Positive Energy Leader: Level 2
- Certified IEP Method® Positive Energy Leader: IEP-Activator Level 1

If you’re not quite ready to pursue a credential track but want to continue your IEP Method practice, we offer certificates of completion for programs in the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative.
Completion badges showcase the IEP Method education you’ve received and skills practiced through self-study, experiential, and live trainings.
Your organization can scale and support its IEP Method practice by recognizing earned completion badges and gamifying the learning experience in the Positive Energy Workplace Initiative.
Digital Credential Badges = Ease & Exposure
We are committed to providing you and your organization with the tools necessary to achieve your culture-optimization goals, and we understand that communicating your credentials in an ever-expanding online marketplace can be challenging. That is why we have partnered with Credly by Pearson to provide earners with a digital version of completed credentials.
Digital badges can be used in email signatures or digital resumes, and on social media sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. This digital image contains verified metadata that describes your qualifications and the process required to earn them.
