Live 2-Day Virtual Training

IEP Method® Fundamentals
Virtual Training

About this Training

In this live virtual training series, attendees will learn all the components of the IEP Method® and how to begin implementing the IEP Leadership Model.

They’ll also create action plans, participate in exercises and individual practicum, and assess the (positive and negative) financial and cultural impact of energy, self-care, and well-being. Our goal is to help companies tie the IEP Method to bottom-line results and move forward with a tangible action plan.

With the new skills learned, participants will build more impact, learn to lead more effectively, and bring higher-quality energy and presence to any screen or room. Leaders will also learn best practices to build their resilience and energetic field to combat burnout, build more trust, and support a more productive and healthy company culture.
