Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Please note that if something comes up for you and you are no longer able to attend an event, we have the following cancellation policies in effect:

  • Up to 2 months prior to the session: Send someone in your place OR we will refund your tuition minus a $250 registration fee.
  • Up to 1 month prior to the session: Send someone in your place OR we will refund you 50% cash back.
  • Up to two weeks prior to the session: Send someone in your place OR we will credit you 50% of your tuition towards a future event.
  • Week of the session: No ticket transfers, no refunds.

If your organization has booked a bundle of 4 or more seats: Your seats are confirmed and not refundable and can be switched out up until 2 weeks before the event.

Terms outlined above do not apply to non-refundable deposits or coaching programs.
