About the Program
The Presence Protocol™ Program: “Reset + Rise” Session is an immersive, 90-day journey tailored to elevate your leadership presence, influence, and impact through the Intentional Energetic Presence® (IEP) Methodology. Led by Anese Cavanaugh and enriched by her 30 years of experience in leadership and performance transformation, this program offers a one-time, cohort-based experience designed to develop deeply congruent, authentic, and resilient leadership skills. Programming begins on January 9th, 2025.
Develop Transformative Leadership Presence for Today’s World
This program is a dynamic, hands-on experience delivered with an organic approach, blending proven methods, deep expertise, and intuitive facilitation to meet the unique needs of each group. It explores the essential elements of presence that define resilient, influential leaders.
Each module is designed to strengthen energetic alignment, enhance self-trust, and address “energy leaks” that hinder effective leadership. In today’s environment, where genuine connection and balanced energy are vital, this program empowers leaders to step into spaces with authority, inspire trust, and approach challenges with focused clarity and purpose.
Program Levels and Timing
You have the opportunity to engage at three distinct levels, with increased personalization and private access at higher tiers, ensuring the program adapts to each leader’s unique journey. The program unfolds in phases:

- January: Launch, Assessments, and Kickoff
