*Studio 817 is located approximately 12 miles from the Sacramento International Airport and 1 mile from each of the suggested hotels listed below. Parking is available in the lot adjacent to Studio 817 (pay per spot) or in the lot directly across the street.

Food/Logistics
We will start each day at 10 am — please be on time. You can get into the building as soon as 9:45 to get a seat, get settled, say hello to others, and grab some fuel.
We’ll provide light snacks, tea, coffee, etc. throughout the day and a gorgeous beautifully-healthy life-fueling lunch.
Feel free to invite your friends to register, I find with this work, the more the merrier and doing this work in community with friends and colleagues is powerful. And it’s not too late!
If you want to bring your team, please email us with how many and we’ll set you up on a special team rate! (Remember, bringing four or more members of your team gets you a 20% discount on all tickets.)
Please note that if something comes up for you and you are no longer able to attend, we have the following cancellation policy in effect:
- Up to 2 months before, send someone in your place OR we will refund your tuition minus a $50 processing fee. (If cancelled before 8/24)
- Up to a month before, send someone in your place OR we will refund you 50% cash back. (If cancelled before 9/24
- Up to a week before, send someone in your place OR we will credit you 50% of your tuition towards another event. (If cancelled from 9/24-10/17)
- Final week, no ticket transfers, no refunds. (10/18-10/24)
