This lab will focus on leading and inspiring accountability (both in yourself and in others), and we’ll dive into the IEP Method and how it supports self leadership and leading others. We’ll also learn skills and best practices on how to create more impact by ‘being’ accountability, modeling accountability, and creating results collectively by directing the energy of your workplace and employees intentionally. Lab #1 (Shifting Energy) is not required to attend, however it is HIGHLY recommended as it will strengthen your ability to use these tools, hold your space, and create congruency in your conversations.
