IEP METHOD® TEAM TRAINING:

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT WITH ANESE CAVANAUGH

Ready Your Team to Lead with Greater Clarity, Presence, and Sustainability

This high-impact leadership development program — grounded in the Intentional Energetic Presence® (IEP) methodology — is designed to create alignment, deepen trust, and elevate performance for you and your team.

Whether your group is navigating growth, change, or simply ready to operate at a more intentional level, this experience provides a powerful transformation and foundation for how you show up, work together, and lead.

The IEP Method Team Training combines diagnostics, immersive virtual training, platform-based support, and strategic advisory to ensure your team feels confident using proven frameworks to support energetic presence and alignment. Ideal for leadership teams, project teams, sales teams, and organizations ready to lead with more clarity, accountability, and impact.

What Leaders Will Experience

  • Get clear on how you’re showing up as a leader today (individually and as a team) and where there’s room to grow.
  • Experience the live 2-day IEP Method Immersion training (virtual) designed for the real pressures, pace, and complexity of leadership.
  • Use insights from pre- and post-diagnostics to see what’s shifting, what’s working, and where to focus next.
  • Practice applying proven IEP Method tools in real time, with support and guidance.
  • Learn how to integrate IEP into everyday leadership moments, decisions, and conversations so it becomes part of how you lead, not just another action item.
  • Develop your team’s ability to handle conflict, tension, and changing dynamics that are required to grow a company

More effective team meetings

Less wasted time and tension

Increased confidence

Increased accountability and leadership mindset

“This experience was different from anything we’d done before. Our team didn’t just learn tools — they became different people. One leader walked out of the room and immediately applied what they learned with a teammate that same afternoon. Another used the content to support a sales conversation. And another shared that it supported them with a family member. As a sponsor, I was struck by how intentional the design was. The sequencing, the pacing, the way the transformation builds — it all clicked by the end. Now I understand why the program was built the way it was.”

“I became a different person over the course of our time together. I’ve learned leadership tools before… but this was different – my way of ‘being’ in using the tools became more effective.”

“The IEP work has helped us maximize our investments in other training we’ve done in the organization. It’s proven to be the missing ingredient to the other training initiatives we’ve rolled out. Before IEP, we had people doing the training they received; they’d learn it, go back to work, ‘do it,’ but not fully embody or own it. After IEP, we had people being the work, showing up better, and being more intentional about their impact and the way they practiced new leadership behaviors and skills.”
