Program Format
This engagement includes structured sessions, pre-work, a full-day in-person session, fieldwork between meetings, and ongoing integration support to ensure lasting transformation. The sessions can be spread over 6 months to allow for flexibility when scheduling.
Your Program Journey
To ensure alignment, we begin with an application and an initial Right Fit Call to make sure this program is tailored to your needs and goals.
*The full program spans 6 months, with the following phases:
Phase 1: Discovery & Design
Pre-work, access to platform, and a 60-minute virtual Kickoff Session to align on your focus areas and agenda for your Deep Dive Day
Phase 2: Immersion & Amplification Deep Dive
6-Hour In-Person Deep Dive Day Session (in the Sacramento-Metro Area) for deep immersion and transformational work.
Phase 3+: Integration & Expansion
Monthly Integration & Expansion Sessions completed 2-3 times per month (approximately eight sessions, 50 minutes each), plus ongoing access to Anese via Voxer for continued support throughout program.
Phase 4: Midpoint Deep Dive Assessment & Recalibration
2-Hour Virtual Session to assess progress, capture learning, celebrate, set new intentions, redesign as needed, and move into the remaining phases of the work together.
Phase 5: Completion & Next
90-minute Final Session to review progress and determine next steps (including continued work or your graduation).
*This is a preliminary structure for a 6-month program. The order and specifics/logistics of each component may shift to support the best structure based upon your intentions and needs.

- After core program completion, you may continue monthly sessions with either one 90-minute session or two 40-minute sessions per month.
